Zacatecas, in central México, is the scene of a festival
during Semana Santa (Spring break/Easter week). There are parades, free concerts in the plazas, and lots of people. The horses are in nearby
Jerez. One day a year, Jerez is a lot like Sturgis during bike week
with four legged horses instead of motorcycles.
